This policy explains the data MNGR handles to run the music business operating system at app.trymngr.comand in MNGR native apps.
Information MNGR Handles
MNGR stores account profile details, workspace membership, artist and release records, show and calendar data, tasks, contacts, finance records, notification preferences, and files you upload to the product.
Connected Services
If you connect Google Calendar, MNGR stores encrypted Google Calendar tokens so the server can sync supported MNGR dates to your calendar. You can disconnect Google Calendar from Settings.
Billing
MNGR uses Stripe for subscription checkout, billing status, invoices, and customer-portal management. MNGR stores billing state needed to gate workspace access, but payment card details are handled by Stripe.
Analytics And Marketing
MNGR asks before loading configured analytics and campaign measurement where the law requires prior consent or where we cannot tell your location reliably. That includes the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and Canada, and any visit whose country is unknown. In other places they load by default, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings > Privacy. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns off campaign measurement, even if you accepted it earlier. Choosing "Essential only" on our website also applies when you open the app. None of these settings sign you up for marketing email; you can update email preferences in Settings.
Notifications
MNGR stores notification preferences and in-app notification records. Native push-device tokens may be stored when push notifications are enabled, so notifications can be delivered to your device.

For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, use account Settings or email hello@trymngr.com from the address attached to your MNGR account.
