These terms summarize the core conditions for using MNGR at app.trymngr.com and in MNGR native apps.
Using MNGR
MNGR is a workspace product for managing music business operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the artist, release, show, finance, contact, task, file, and calendar information you add.
Accounts And Workspaces
You must keep your sign-in credentials secure and only invite people who are authorized to access your workspace data. Workspace access may depend on your role and billing state.
Billing
Paid plans and trial billing are managed through Stripe. If billing becomes unpaid, canceled, paused, incomplete, or otherwise restricted, MNGR may limit workspace access until billing is resolved.
Trials
New signups receive the trial offer presented and accepted during sign-up and checkout. Public marketing copy is not itself an accepted trial. An already accepted trial keeps the duration, end date, and billing terms that applied when it started. Later public offer changes do not shorten, extend, or relabel that trial.
Connected Services
When you connect services such as Google Calendar, MNGR will use that access only for supported product workflows, such as syncing MNGR dates. You can disconnect integrations from Settings.
Content And Files
You keep responsibility for content you upload or enter into MNGR. Do not upload files or information you do not have permission to use.
Support And Account Requests
For support, account access, export, correction, or deletion requests, use Settings or email hello@trymngr.com from the email address attached to your account.
